first one: i just installed an ls6 intake and l/t headers. i deleted my egr and rear o2's. i should be able to just upload an 02 OS and that should give me an initial start with the intake tune right? how do i do that? download file then just upload it to the cars pcm?

Second question: my buddy has the same car as me a 99 t/a m6. he got water in his pcm and the dealership changed it out. i had previously deleted his rear o2's and skip shift. now that the comp was changed i cant go in to make adjustments. any thoughts?

Don't know about the 2nd question...but, to answer the first:

If you switch to an '02 OS, you should ideally copy over every possible table from your '99 tune. You may have LT's and an LS6 intake. But, you still have a '99 cam and '99 heads and '99 injectors.
