What should I do... Tune request also :)

I am at my wits end. I have been trying to trouble shoot a lean condition while cruising, as well as an idle surge condition. I have been working off the "tune" that was on my car when I bought it. I think it is not the best, for example, it is setup to run in PE Enrichment constantly. Is this something that people do? The idle sucks, the idle sticks high after decel, the VE table is the same as a Stock LS1, to name a few more.

A question for the experts... for my car (specs below) should I start with a stock tune.. then adjust IFR, Cylinder Volume, Diff Ratio and maybe the base MAF calibration... then start tuning from scratch, or keep futzing around with the POS that came on the car?

If ANYONE would have a great base tune that I could "borrow" to get the car driveable so I can start my VE and MAF tuning, I would be much appreciated.

SVO 30# Injectors (62 psi on Boost-a-pump)

LC-1 Wideband (acting as NBO2 also)
