00 to 01 upgrade

Hello all,

This is my first post and im fairly new to EFI live.

My question is im working on a 00 WS6 with os #09381344 and im considering changing over to a custom os. I was told that I will need to upgrade to an 01 os first. This vehicle is boosted as well as cam, exhaust and bigger injectors.

Ive read the tutorial on custom OS but getting there is what im confused on.

Just find a 2002 file that is an auto or manual like yours. then start with that one and make the changes needed. It is fairly simple.
