Strange throwing codes 1133 & 1153

After doing the 00 to 002 os conversion and incorporating the 00 stock tune, I started throwing codes for bank 1 & 2 sensor 1. This was not happening when I had the 02 os and 02 stock tune. To confirm this, I loaded the 02 tune this afternoon and no codes, put the 00 stock tune and throwing codes. Can you take a look at the two files and the the log of the 00 tune and tell me if I'm missing something, I can't find it.

V2 is the 00 tune, V1 is the 02 tune

Interesting, I "borrowed" sspdmn's ve table and it doesn't throw codes.
