Hi Guys!

I just finished the latest BEN update to my tune (and some smoothing) and was wondering if you could Please pick my tune apart. I'd Appreciate good and bad because I'm just starting to learn this stuff and could Really use your help to see if I'm heading in the right direction.

Here's a little info on my mods:

2001 Corvette
Stock long block with Comp 918 springs

Vortech SQ S trim V2 blower with A2A IC (A&A Corvette setup)

Alky Control Meth injection system (hooked up and working, but still tuning for under 4000 rpm's, so I haven't used it yet. Besides, I'm not sure how to tune for it).

FLP Level IV A4/3.42/SY3500 converter

60 lbs. Mottron injectors, KB BAP, Walbro 255 fuel pump run by a RaceTronix wiring harness

I hope that I'm not forgetting anything, but if I am, Please tell me and I'll be Happy to post it.

Here's the tune:

By the way, is it better to smooth the tune as you're doing it or leave it spiky and wait until it's close to being finished?

Thanks VERY Much in advance for the help! I Appreciate it!

you have your commanded fuel values configured like the tutorial,
IMO too lean for FI especially if you get on it hard
and run some high RPMs at low throttle position.
i think the general rule for FI WOT fuel is 11.5 AFR.
someone more knowledgeable might want to speak up.

Thanks for the advice! I'm pretty new to this and Appreciate the help! The tuner that originally did my car had WOT set to 12:1. Is that about right? I can always turn the meth up a bit to richen it up. Between #3 and #4 on my controller lowers fattens up the AFR roughly half a point.

Where do I go to change the AFR? Is it in the {B3605} table?

Is this more in line with an F/I application? I changed them to reflect the red as 11.57:1 AFR and the orange to reflect 11.95:1. Is that right?

Thanks again!

That looks a lot better. I would set it to show those tables in AFR, make it easy to read :). EDIT> Property> commanded fuel values, display in AFR. I would set your lower octane table a bit lower too, so it you see any KR it can pull some timing.

Also, I'd recommend upgrading to COS3 and a 2 bar MAP. Makes tuning for boost MUCH easier.

Thanks for the reply KBRacing! I'm all for anything that'll make my tuning easier (I need all the help that I can get :hihi: ).

I'll change that and give it a try!
