I have been using EFILive for some time bow and understand many of the principles. If LTFT's is updating the VE table, is it actually making changes in the cell values when driving? I think not but what is being updated by LTFT if not VE table?

The LTFT's are 2 arrays of 4x4 (one array for each bank)...
the cells are indexed by RPM and MAP...
the cells are numbered from 0-15, plus there are additional cells for idle, AC, WOT;
the cell contents are being updated and contain the LTFT values that you see logged;
log FTC ("cell number") to see which cell the LTFT belongs to;
in the scantool, you can view the stored LTFT arrays;

the VE table is static and is not altered by the PCM.

Joe: Thanks for the info. I found it. Looks like i need to be in CL to see values.
