i am using os3 i a vette with a 2bar, speed density and the car will run fine for about a day then timing get about 20 deg advanced total< crusing at say 30 deg adv then tip in the throttle and timing will drop to say 19. 1 or 2 days later crusing again at 30 then tip in the throttle again and timing will go to 46 deg....???? load the tune in again and then its back to normal.

Can you please verify that there is no knock retarda and/or adaptative spark kicking in?

Yeah, there was no knock retard or adaptive spark.
I think we have the problem solved...I will post up the 'fix' when I know for sure.

I had this problem before. It was A0001 and A0002 . It would show out of range even though it was at 100%. You need to change them to 90%,save that file,then redo them to 100% . Close the file and reopen and it won't be out of range anymore.

Yep, that's the one, I am sure the software used to correct those out of range values at some point when the file was saved.
