Can and how can I put one tune with a vin to another vehicle with the same os? Do I just change the vin?

You can put a tun in as many vehicles that you want, there is no limit. Of course you will need to have a license for each different PCM you load it into. Be observant, most vehicles have different builds that would not readily accept a generic tune. Different years, gears, engine sizes and transmissions to start with all require specific builds. Note the segment numbers and see how many different combinations for a certain operating system exist.

Same OS? Just flash it. The VIN isn't written to the PCM as part of a normal flash.
