Does anyone have a copy of optimized VE and Timing tables for a stock LS1 engine that they are willing to share?
I'm in the process of optimizing my AutoVE table and would like to compare results from other tunes as I'm getting different outcomes each time.
Regards.
Neil.

You can copy w/ labels the optimium timing table then paste w/ labels into your High Octance table then smooth several times until the graph looks smooth. That is what I did on my 04 gmc, worked pretty good as a starter for timing.
Post up your tune and engine mods. What problems are you getting while AutoVEing?

The BEN's keep swinging either side of zero.
They might start at 1.12. After running the process they might pull back to about 1.06.
The next time instead of what might be expected ie. the cells move closer to zero, they actually go in the opposite direction. The result might now be 0.94.
No matter how many times I repeat this process the cells keep moving.
I hope you can understand my explanation.

Neil.

It sounds like your fuel trims are still active, probably the STFT. Did you follow the tutorial?

Do you have B4206 in your tune? If so disable, it is your STFT....

How strict are you with your filtering ? Transient fuelling or bad temperature control are the most common reasons I have found for BEN swings.
PM me your email address & I can send a couple of stock engine files over. Also I have posted a VE% sheet which can be used to creep up on the VE table.
