I have recently installed an APS TT on an 06 C6.

I am getting the SES light and the code is P3001 (not P0301)
I cannot find any reference to P3001

Any help?

That is rather odd indeed, there is no reference at all to a code P3001.
Got me beat too!
Does it have any odd effect on the car or just the MIL on?

Cheers,
Ross

P0xxx = generic code
P1xxx = manufacturer specific code
P3xxx = ?

The range: P30xx is listed as "Fuel and Air Metering and Auxilliary Emission Controls".

Have you still got the code on your C6? If so, please start the scah tool software, and display the code. Then generate a user error report and send that to me at paul@efilive.com

This was an internal issue with the OS if I remember correctly as we tuned the car. I would contact Paul or Ross to see.

Send it to support@efilive.com

Thinking back... it was corrected by EFIlive.
Blacky created a new calibration, I loaded it or something and it went away.
It was a false DTC

Check with him.

Thanks BOB,this issue started about the same time I updated the firmware the other day.I also have been getting codes c0035 c0044 wheel speed codes,now thoses have been coming on for sometime,those I thought could have been tied to when the truck had a front wheel bearing replace under warrenty.I had noticed it after that time.Althought everything works fine.

I'm sure that problem is fixed in the latest 7.5.3 release along with the FlashScan V2.4.70 firmware. Are you running those software versions?

P.S. Please note the standalone DTC display in FlashScan still has the B and C codes swapped around as per this thread.

That will be fixed in the next firmware update.
