Tuning an 06 GTO with a Magnuson. Everything is great except one persistant issue - at low rpm/high load (lugging the engine into boost coming onto the highway, etc) the traction control tries to limit perceived wheelspin for a split second, then the traction control just shuts itself off and you can't do anything with it with the button until the car is shut off and turned back on. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Is it the Max Torque issue?
Info http://www.trailblazerss.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6402&hl=stabilitrac
Increase the Max Torque value under, Torque Management, General, Traction Control System. The stock value is 406 ft-lbs, and according to my "delivered torque PID", I was exceeding this, sometimes seeing as much as 590 ft-lbs. I changed this value to 650 ft-lbs and that seemed to do the trick.

Now I have a second one doing the same thing. Anyone have any answers for me? I've tried everything I can think of...

Have you tried increasing the B6101 table ( I think that's the right one) for predicted airflow on ETC vehicles? I had a similar problem on a vette making 12 PSI, and increasing that table made the problem go away.

Yes, I have increased that table. Its not the culprit. But thanks!

B2522 PUT ALL ZEROS THAT STOPS tcs ALL TOGETHER. Had the same problem with Cammed L92 Gen IV engines over here in NZ. Disables TCS completely though.

So zero'ing out those tables would completely cancel TC? So, I wouldn't have to hit the TC button anymore? It would just be OFF all the time?

to be confirmed...it definately stopped the spark retard from TCS at a constant speed problem that I was having with a cammed L92 engine.... didn't really try to intentinally skid a custonmers cars to find out to be honest...
