Hey what does the pcm use if a O2 fails? Does it just run the VE table or what? Reason I ask is I rewired my wideband last night and forgot to plug in the narrow band side of it and of course it threw the code, but it felt really strong, before I noticed the light I was merging into traffic and got on it around 35-40 and squealed the tires and that has never happened before so I was wondering what it reverts to in case of a failure.

If it's a "clean" fail (PCM deems NBO2 inoperative), then the PCM uses OL which means it uses the richer of OLFA B3605 and (when PE enables) PE B3618.

sure did seem to run a little better that way.
