From the ReadMe.rtf file:

ยท To automatically load pre-selected scan tool maps when a new *.pid file is selected, create a *.mls (map list) file in the Maps folder. For example create a file called Default Metric.mls to have the maps specified in that file loaded automatically when the Default Metric.pid file is loaded.
File format:
[Maps]
MapA=name_of_map_A.map
MapB=name_of_map_B.map
MapC=name_of_map_C.map
etc...

I think the Example.mls is that, but I can't get it to open, yet.

Ive opened it but I haven't got it to work yet.

This file is used to specify which *.map file should be loaded into the
; scan tool when loading a *.pid file with a name that matches this file.
;
; I.e. if you open a pid file called: "Default Imperial.pid", then create
; a matching "Default Imperial.mls" file in the maps folder. All the map
; filenames listed in that file will be automatically loaded.
;
; The file format is:
; [Maps]
; MapA=filename_of_map_A
; MapB=filename_of_map_B
; MapC=filename_of_map_C
; ect...
; you can include all maps or only as many maps as you want loaded.
;
; Example file:, called "Default Metric.mls":
; [Maps]
; MapA={B5913_5914} High_Low Timing Table - Total Spark Advance (MAF).map
; MapB={B5001} MAF Calibration Table - LC-1 Wideband AFR.map
[Maps]
MapA={B5913_5914} High_Low Timing Table - Total Spark Advance (MAF).map
MapB={B5001} MAF Calibration Table - LC-1 Wideband AFR.map

The file called Example.mls is just an example. To make it functional, you need to rename it to the same name as a *.pid file.

i.e. if you have a pid file called Default Metric.pid then rename the Example.mls file (or copy it) to Default Metric.mls. Then when you open the Default Metric.pid file, the maps listed in Default Metric.mls will automatically be opened in the [Maps (F10)] tab page.

You can set up a matching *.mls file for each of your *.pid files if you want to.

Thanks to chuck Mosello - (Corvette Doctor) for hassling me to include this new feature.

I'll try it again may be its the name I'm using on my pid.I'll rename it to Default Metric.pid & Default Metric.mls and retry that.

Tried this again today and it still does not load maps. I have a FBody.pid file and a FBody.mls file (renamed and edited the Example.mls file) and nothing happens. :Eyecrazy:
