thanks is that tune tuned for 91 octane? how would I compair my tune to yours like if there something that I like on urs how can I do it to mine?

Where I live I have 87 89 and 93. I find that 89 is just about the same as 87 but with 93 you shouldnt have any knock with that timing table, even in high IAT's. Although, on a stock 5.3 with 9.6:1 compression it seems like you should be able to run 87 no matter what, but I guess thats why the stock timing is low.

You would be safe putting in that timing table of mine. But make sure you don't have a PE dealy mode, and run a 12.4-12.8 WOT AFR.

You also might see knock when the TCC is locked and manifold pressure is high. I've tried to tune that out to where the low rpm high airmass cells are almost at stock levels.

Since yours is a 06 it has electronic throttle which might be causing some hesitation. I don't really know becuase ive never messed with one but all the other vehicles i've driven with electronic throttle seemed like they where restricted by it.

Let me know how the timing works.
