Has anyone else scanned theirs? I've got a NBS VMAX and I can't find anything I've done to limit the throttle from opening all the way. Went back to a stock tune and the same issue. Wonder if its set that way from the factory.. :bash::nixweiss:

On another note after playing with the E38 ECM all I can say is GM went a bit over board with all the spark timing controls. Gadzooks, timing added, subtracted and multiplied.. for cloudy days, rain, snow ect.. j/k...

I just got a '07 GMC 2500HD 6.0L(LY6)/6L90E. The scanner only shows 83% TPS at WOT. I haven't verified if it's the scanner or the blade is only opening that amount.

Does it have ETC? Are you logging the ETC TP or Normal. Ive had dramas with ETC and not changing the PID

Thanks Gelf but that isn't any help. The throttle blade isn't opening all the way. I'm working on a few other things and won't get back to the blade opening until I get it running again.

is there a parameter that states the value of WOT,
like the LS1 PCMs have?

The GM.ETCTP pid does it for me on my E38 scans, indicating 100% at wot.

You need to log the ETC % and/or other ETC pids for the correct %. For some reason GM interprets the SAE TPS PID as absolute voltage % (ie. the % of 5V on the TPS sensor, which at WOT is something like 4.39V or 88%). Don't ask me why, i just work here... http://www.hptuners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

If you log the ETC or Pedal PIDs you will see they go to 100% as expected.]

Found this on the other site. I ended up with a new TB via warranty.. but for others finding that WOT isn't 100% this could be why

The question is, however -- in other tables, where it references TP (say, like TCC Apply, etc), which TP is it referencing? SAE, or GM?
