Ok guys,
I just got my Burb going again tonight after 4 months of working on it.
I installed the Mercruiser Marine intake (42lb Bosch greentops), 4L80E transmission (with Transgo shift kit), Elec fans and had to install a new diff (Detroit Trutrac). I already have the 0411 PCM and am running COS3.
I took a small, easy drive and mostly it seemed fine.
after around a 15min drive I stopped for around 20mins.
When I started up again, the AFR guage was showing very lean (16+) at idle and the truck was stumbling a little.
Whilst driving it goes very rich...off scale and again stumbles.
Seems to happen basically as I accelerate....gently, from low speeds.
Can someone please have a look at my tune and these logs and tell me if you can see anything in particular?
I haven't done any tuning for months and am afraid I'm back where I started...ie learning from scratch :bawl:

Thanks

Ran a log this morning after checking and changing my injector flow rates to be correct.
Went through the RAFIG process and it was a fair way out.
Altered the VE table and interpolated via spreadsheet.

Any thoughts? Comments?

Thanks

Thanks Joe, I hadn't realized that thread had been updated...great info!
I just ran another log which shows I'm running way too rich but the idle is almost spot on and smooth.
I have a problem with the truck 'bucking' at around the 2000rpm mark when I try to accelerate.
I had an EGR code so I set it to 'not reported' along with generator codes.
I also have 2 P0000 codes????

I notice that its pulling alot of timing. Ive seen down to a final timing figure of 1.5deg. One example of noticed is say at one point its commanding 10deg in the high octane timing table, then the boost timing table pulls out 4 deg then the IAT vs Spark pulls out another 4 deg and in the end you are left with a whopping 2 deg of timing

Thanks Jez.
How do I fix that?
