hey guys. my car is bonneee stock. I dialed my PE to 12.8-12.9 at high rpm and 12.5 or so at peak TQ.

but I am doing any harm to my car by still having the cats on. Should I turn off Cat protection or Leave it on.

Thanks,

Ed

Cat protection is there to help stop your cats overheating and becomeing damaged. If cats overheat the PCM adds more fuel to cool them, good for the cats but bad for consistant fueling.
If you have removed cats turn it off,
When tuneing turn it off, so it doesn't interfer with fueling and scew your VE table.

It is annoying to have the vehicle command 11.7 to 1 "on it's own."
