Broken shopping cart?

I just tried to order 3 V2 streams, every time I click on process order my flashscan serial number and authenticate code copy into the special shipping instructions box and at the top of screen message says invalid coupon code.

I emailed sales but have not gotten a response

anyone else have problems with shopping cart?

I just submitted a test order for 3 licenses and it went through fine.
Make sure you are not entering any data into the Coupon Code field.
If you still can't place an order, let me know.

dont know what is wrong with the shopping cart but Donna phoned me and took my order over the phone, I had activation codes emailed to me before i even got back to my computer.
