Can anyone tell me how to check the CEL code with the V2 on an 07 Duramax?

I did the DPF delete with the new DPF delete software and I seem to have set a code anyway.

I imagine it's the same for a diesel as it is for a gasser:
From scantool, connect to vehicle (enter correct PCM/ECM and VIN/OS), then go Info->Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
