If you log all your values in these units ( or set up an appropriate conversion)
MAFFlow in units of grams/second
RPM as Revolutions Per Minute
Displacement in units of Cubic Inches
MAP in units of KiloPascals
Temp in units of Degrees Centigrade
You can "log" the VE in real time using the following formula
VE = MAFFlow * (Temp + 273.15) / (Displacement * RPM * MAP) * 212544
This will give you your VE in units of percentage.
It has been suggested that these can be converted to "LS1 Edit" units by multiplying them by 30 - so if you multiply the above formula by 30 you should get values that correspond to what's in the VE table in scale.
