:help2: sorry guys i am not on here often.but i just realy started tunning alot on my new truck due to the 01 being down for a while.
anyway i am having problems with my tp sensor i can not get 100% throttle angle and when i just tune the key on i am reading 20.9% throttle angle i know something is wrong just don't know what are even where to start any help is greatly appreciated. :help2:

What year truck is it and which TP PID are you logging?

he has a NNBS Silverado '08?. i havent got to mess with one of those trucks so i couldnt help him much over the phone..

As has been suggested on PT.net, I would try logigng the ETC PIDs, not SAE.TP
SAE.TP may be showing you % of 5V. So 85% would equate to 4.25V. Which likely represents WOT and can be confirmed by checking the blade position.
You might have to switch to "General" scan mode for the ETC PID to work properly(Edit>Properties>Logging).
The spring-determined position of the blade will be around 20% TP when the engine is not running. This is also why the engine starts chugging and bucking if you try to come to a stop in REP mode. 20% is too much air for idle.
