ok so i bought a 98 checy k15 2 weeks agoo. it has a 350,4l60e and a 10 inch lift and 37" tire when i first drove it hom it got really hot , so i did some research and bough one of those transco shift kit and stalled every thing and except one modified vavle that i couldent get to (the vavle that pushes on the band) anyway i though it was good so it worked fine.. untill with 30 miles of the trip left it got really hot and blew atf past the pan and so i let it cool add some lucas trannie fix and some more atf and now it wont shift worth of crap. revs clse to 4000 to get to second what could i do to fix it? is the trannie dead?

"Stick a fork in it", it's done. Most likely you have boiled the fluid, and toasted the seals... or worse.
Time to drop it out, and do the rebuild.
