Hey guys, looking for information. I have a 2007-08 LM7 that I need to run, it has the 58 tooth relutor and I have purchased the E38 PCM. Does this sound right? Do we EFI live people have programming for the E38? Also, is there an older style LS1B computer that would work for this instead or are they all 24:nixweiss: ? Thanks for any help

Older style LS1/LS6 PCM's only work with 24 tooth reluctors.

Hi Robert, yes you need to run the E38 ECM and yes EFILive can program them so long as you have the V2 hardware.

I had assumed that as well, I was looking at the tunes on holden crazy and found some 07 LM7 tunes but the PCM type said LS1B, I guess they kept using the 24 into 07. I want to use the 58 engine to get some ls2 and other 58 tooth learning under my belt. Thanks again

They are still using the LS1B PCM in 2008!!, it's only on a handful on engines though.
