Bought license... havent seen it.

I bought a new V2 license several days ago (about a week) and haven't seen it. I sent an email to the main site and still no reply. if anyone could help me out, let me know please. thanks in advance.

Was it purchased from EFILive (online store) directly, or from a reseller?

it was purchased from the EFILive store directly.. i'm looking for the order number.. I sent an email to support@efilive.com two days afterwards, being concerned about the license being "available almost immediately"
