FlashScan V2 Scan and Tune is it comercial too

i'm looking to buy a FlashScan V2 Scan and Tune, but is this the same as the comercial one.
i need to be able to erase and reflash the ecm, turn off vats and gonna be tunning alot of my buddies gen IV engines.:)

i will be tuning, and reflashing e38, e67 ecm on gen IV LS engine family

V2 Scan & Tune will allow you to program any E38 or E67 based vehicle. For each one you just need to purchase a license.
The workshop version doesn't really exist on the V2, you just buy the unlimited streams for each controller.
