06 LBZ ECM in 06 LLY

Since the operating systems are different, we can't full flash, and IIRC, you can't just copy an LBZ tune into an 06 LLY OS, will an 06/07 LBZ ECM work in an 06 LLY truck? Obviously, I know the connectors are the same, a VATs relink would have to be done and such, just wondering if there's anything else in the truck that would prevent it from working.

i will have to double check this but i am fairly sure gm recently released a calibration update that was labelled "merge lly and lbz calibration"
