could i use the trailblazer ss tuning in my 6.0 1500 pickup?
im wondering if that would pump up the power to the 390 mark from the 367 factory?
or is it more than tuning alone?

No you cant, completely different engines (mostly AL block vs. iron in yours). It would be a good starting point, but you need to do more than just use a TB SS tune file to get the extra hp/tq, its hardware not software.

You can , it may run or it may not , I have , when I first started tuning used different timing tables just to see what would happen some good some bad .
The best is to start with stock tables and work on them , refining their values to meet your needs .
A Wide-band is a must , and will help get some of the more important tables in line quicker , remember , AIR , FUEL , SPARK , are the key components of a good running engine and a Wide-band helps correct the first two .
