Don't see any info on them.

These tell the program where all the maps etc are located in the .tun file.
Each is called the same number as the operating system it is intended for.

Do we need to do anything with these files ie. download them when upgrading to a different/custom operating system?

Oh, I see the calibration folder has a bunch of these cal files in it. So obviously we need to download the appropriate cal file into this folder. Correct? I don't think this was mentioned in the "Upgrading to custom operating system" post. (Maybe it should be added) All the cal files are probably included when you upgrade to the commercial version?

On the download page for the custom O.S's it states this -

Save the *.tun files in: My Documents\EFILive\V7\bins
Save the *.cal files in: Program Files\EFILive\V7\calibrations

All user levels get the .cal files, no restriction there.
