That is just a value reported back to the DIC on newer trucks for fuel usage.

Thanks Justin....I'm racking my brain and going through everything in my tune looking for why I get the lean spikes.
Is there a setting somewhere which delays how long it takes for AFR's to go from 'actual' to 'commanded'?

It's nothing in your tune causing the spike. Best I can tell, it's either some form of acceleration enrichment that needs to be adjusted, or is a transient fueling or wall wetting parameter that needs adjustment... My truck will spike from 11.5 commanded to 17:1 on a throttle stab before coming back down.
