Ive purchased a new labtop from dell and was wondering when i install my tuner software to that pc if my vin liecences still be there or will i have to buy a new one. Basically im not sure where the vin liecenses are stored. Are they in the flashscan tool or are they stored in the computer?

Licenses are stored in the FlashScan interface cable and will therefore still be there. You will need to enter the license details from your blue registration card however.

Or for a quick entry you can copy the "License.txt" file from the "My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\User Configuration" folder in your old PC and transfer it to the new laptops comparable folder.
