V1 tuning w/o laptop?

I'm trying to get my motor swap to run decent, by using other stock tunes since all I got is a desktop. I seem to have a problem with the idle raising up to 2-3000rpm depending on the tune, whenever I'm coasting.

What PCM and throttle body type (DBW or cable) are you using? I cant really help you out unfortunately, but I know this is something others need to help ya. Could we get a quick overview of the engine/trans combo?

Is the vehicle speed sensor working?

Its a cable TB, I thinks its out of a 98 Camaro since the return spring is silver.

I believe the vehicle speed sensor is working. I got my aftermarket speedo working correctly and its tapped into the vehicle speed sensor signal coming out of the computer.
