not going open loop during WOT Why?

I ran a log on my 97 vette and noticed that it doesn't go to open loop when I floor it, anybody know why? Here is my log and tune.. thanks

I think you're looking for power enrichment. Try selecting FSST, fuel system status.
Note that at WOT commanded fuel is switching to B3618, power enrichment.
You have positive trims at WOT. You may need to raise the MAF values at the upper frequencies(6000hz and up). Without a WB that could be tricky, though.
Also log FTC cell#. At WOT it should transition from cell 15 to 22.
