I have a quick question. I have a 2k1 SS and 2k4 GTO both having cable TB.

I was gong through trying to redo my tune ( something fun to do :D ).

I ran across this and figured I would create a quick pid and map to match and then noticed that what I am logging is way different the whats in the tune.
Since I dont have ETC, do I just ignore this table?

If you would like to create this pid :D

*CLC-00-993
cylair 0.0 4095.9 .0 "{CALC.CYLAIR} * 1000"

Added the GTOs logs and with the SC the logged values are even higher.

Should this table be updated to match or exceed these values?

I have never used this table before. Hope someone else has.

You could adjust the table so that you do not exceed the limit or turn the code off.

It is just a sanity check table. The car goes into a limp mode if the that code gets set (been there done that).

There is some weird dependency though with another DTC (like maf high freqency). My code never set until I enabled the other DTC.

It should work on all cars (ETC or not), but I am not sure. I thought FI f-bodies set this code also.

You can pretty much set those values as high as you want and it will not make the car run any different.

Try fitting a decent cam to an ETC vehicle without touching this and you will be in reduced power mode before you know it.

As the other poster said, it's a sanity check table, bump the values way up to stop reduced power mode.

Did you enter those row/column values manually?.
