attached is a warning code that now opens when I open the tune file from my stock bfc/gam 98 camaro...I do not like threatening messages that tell me flashing my ecm will bear it inoperable; however I feel this warning is for 'fly by wire' cars such as corvettes and should have no bearing to a car like mine with a mechanical cable. However, this is something I would like to be sure on.

thanks for any input.

You are absolutely right. It will have zero effect on a vehicle with a cable throttle.

In fact the throttle tables were obviously not set up correctly in your controller before you even read the data out of it. They are simply ignored by the PCM when using a cable throttle. There is no reason for the factory calibrators to even bother configuring those tables - so they don't.

The warning is only there to make sure people are aware that you can't just flash a Camaro OS (that has not got its throttle tables set up correctly) into a Corvette that requires the throttle tables to be set up correctly.
