Locked E40

I have a spare ecm/tcm that was locked by the tuner that I am trying to read. I tried to use alt keys, and when it starts to load I get,
Bootloader rejected reason:
One of the following conditions was set:
-Engine Speed is not zero
-Vehicle Speed is not zero
-A flash memory fault has been detected

Same thing happens with t42 tcm.

I am using a bitch harness since ecm/tcm is not in vehicle.
Any ideas???

Not much you can do apart from getting the original tuner to unlock it for you. Failing that, contact wait4me on this forum, he can unlock them for a fee.
