Hi, new at this so please help..

I have been having a problem with the RR seting up the Ve table (autove i think you call it)

at the 60 kpa/800rpm mark it is listing the cell at over 108. yet everythinn around it is fine (seems fine)

I have attached the Bin file that i set up useing the autoVe tut.. as well the log file from this morning...

Also note at idle in gear the afr is running at 20. when commanded is in the 14's...

Any help woould be greatly appreciated..

Am i seting the bin file up wrong for the RR ???

Are you using the RTACS? It should be compensating all of the cells as you drive. Did that cell get that out of line with RTACS or AutoVE? The other cell in the MAP that I looked at were at least 10% off, that is a lot.

ummm.... okay i am using rtacs, press the emulation button, then the little blue star button then the course control button and then just drive...

have been using rtacs all the time for the Ve calibriation... i used the auto ve tut to set up the tune file though..

are you using any filters with RTACS?
if not then exclude all frames where:
SAE.TP varies by more than 5%
SAE.RPM is less than 400 RPM
see if that helps.

also try changing your update frequency to 5 and,
make sure you pause/stop logging or stop emulation
before you turn off the car.

how do you hit such a high kPa, low RPM area anyways?

I am not sure why it hits the high kpa area at that rpm, hence i attached the log and bin, if some one could answer that would be good..

This is going to sound realy dumb, please don't laugh or give up on me...
the above changes you suggested where do i find the tables / table numbers for these to be adjusted in..

Change your commanded fuel in B3647 from 14.63 to something like 14.5 as STFT will mess with any corrections RTACS tries to make.

the filter sets are on the tool bar.
the flaming ball is the tool bar icon.
once the tool bar is un-docked the filter icon is visible.

from what i saw you are running lean pretty much all over.
i also saw you are logging 2 WBO2`s and only
one is sending a signal, but the one that is
shows 1.49 BEN at its highest!
it`s almost like you had the RR turned off and it was
not updating at all, as the car warmed up
it just got leaner and leaner.

LOL i see now how you hit that range in the VE table, your cam.
i must have a very small one because i idle in the 45 kPa range.:bawl:

Might want to double check that DFCO is disabled. DFCO got me the first time I used RTACS.

Thanks for all the replies, I set up my normal tune to run rtacs instead of the auto ve tut file one... Turned of DFCO and set any cell in the afr comm table that was 14.63 to 14.5.. I then used rtacs to set up the TPS v VE table first and then went for a drive around.... much much beter... and the car is so different you would think some one did a motor transplant and took the cam out... it is so nice and smooth..

Thanks to ntae, Jezzab for your msn and phone calls with advice..

I will have to do the 80kph and up rtacs tonight and then get you guys attending the tuning convetion to check my work...:muahaha:
