Error message formatting....

I get the Error #0414 whenever selecting the SD card. When trying to format the card I get this message:

UPDATE:
It seems to be the card that is the problem. Tried the SD out of my digital camera and the microSD with adapter out of my phone, which both work.
The QUESTION is, why did my old card used to work?! It is a MMC mobile or RS-MMC dual-voltage Kingston 256MB.

I have changed the initialization routines. I may have used SD card specific commands instead of generic SD/MMC commands. It may be that we end up dropping support for MMC cards.

Not a big problem, just tried to re-use the old MMC I had left over from my old phone!
