Anyone done any tweaking to the O2's to compensate for them being further down stream on LT Headers? If so what numbers did you change and how much?

Aaron.

This has been resolved, Custom one off headers that had the O2's too far downstream. I never could get the transport delay to adjust correclty enough so I just relocated the O2's back up in the collectors where they should be and all is fine.

Aaron, what is the actual problem you are having?, is it setting O2 codes?.

Cheers,

Oxygen is oxygen and the amount in the exhaust stream isn't likely to change much between the inlet to the header and the sensor. What's more important than any other consideration is the exhaust flow past the sensor. That's a function of sensor position relative to the flow path (not distance from original position). If the sensor is positioned near a vortex or eddy, it won't provide an accurate reading because it isn't sampling a homogenous mixture. Sensor errors will therefore vary from header to header and vehicle specific testing will be required to determine what, if any adjustments are required. Unfortunately, if the sensor is near a vortex or eddy, flow past it won't be consistent so the degree of error will vary according to total exhaust flow.

Bank 1 is not changing enough. Not the O2 sensor itself, tried in bank 2 and it works. No exhaust leaks, no CATS. ?? I'm still working on this one.
