COS5 semi open loop ?

Im running in semi open loop and wondering when should the stft start reading. Right now they dont start reading till after the temp. Get up to 180 F. around here my engine dont get up to 180F. at cruse. at this time of year ,My WB is showing 13.0 at cruse when the stft's is not working but when the do come on the WB reads 14.6 . Do i need to set something down to make the stft's come on sooner.

Are you sure you're commanding stoichiometric below 180 degrees? Even if the values in B3647 are 1.0 EQ Ratio, you still may be calling for enrichment below 180 degrees through one of the other tables-- like A0008
