which of these 2 tunes is the leaner or richer? Please look

I have these two tunes and one is supposed to be a little bit leaner than the other. The only thing differant is the injector flow rate but I'm not sure what one is what. I can't remember. Oh, don't mind the titles, I have so many tunes on my desktop I have to name then everything, haha

The winter tune has a strange bump in the IFR @ 40 KPA. This table is usually linear.

That seems to be the only difference in the two tunes.

The tune with the bump in the IFR table will be leaner. This tells the PCM that the injectors flow more where raised so a smaller pulse width is necessary.

Ok so the winter tune is leaner then. Am I backwards on this but shouldn't it be best to run the leaner tune in the summer since the air is hot?
