When I double click on EFILive explorer, I receive an infinate $0024 error. I have to close it in the task manager or it won't close. If I open EFILive Hapi first, I don't receive the message. I figured when you open Explorer, Hapi would automatically open/run. I didn't have this on my XP machine.
