notice for metric tuners the formula for H0101 should read

H0101= P*D*100000 / ( T*pi)

there should be 5 zeros not 6

Unless my math has deserted me (and it does sometimes), the constant should be 1,000,000 (6 zeros, i.e. 1 million).
That is because there are 1 million mm in 1 km.

So an example calculation using a tire diameter of 640mm, a diff ratio of 3.42 and a VSS gear with 40 teeth.

H0101 = (40*3.42*1,000,000)/(640*3.141592653)
= 136,800,000/2010.62
= 68,038.7 pulses per km

If I've made a mistake somewhere, can you explain why you think it should be 5 zeros?

The only way I can see it needing to be 100,000 was if you were measuring the tire diameter in cm.

Regards
Paul

Yep that's what happened I used cm

Sorry for the interruption.
