How to.... In SD..... keeping WOT AFR the same w/ swaying IAT temps?

can you keep WOT the same AFR all the time, even w/ varying IAT temps?? Ive noticed w/my car at 50* IAT the car runs the way I set it.. If the IAT goes up, it runs a little leaner, if it goes down a little fatter..

So bacicaly how can I keep my AFR the same all of the time no matter what the IAT is outside.... W/O useing table A0014... Is it possible?
