Blacky -

As I Drag Race (with about 1,000 HP) a 2000 C5 Coupe with a 4L60E tranny and broke 3 C5 rear ends last year, Finish Line Performance, RPM Transmission (The Rear End), and Finish Line Transmission have teamed up to put a C6 Z06 stick shift 3.42 rear end in my car to see if it will hold up to the 860 - 900 RWHP this year. The car will be done in about 2 weeks. Do you think the V2 will have any trouble "seeing" the rear end "electronics" what ever they may be???

Let me know how that works. We went through 4 rears, 3 trans, in our 02 Z06 before we threw in the towel. $30k worth of parts in 12m?

And it's only 440HP. Got alot of passes on it though.

I don't like the dragstrip because of the abuse it gives to a vehicle.

I don't like dragracing because of the abuse it gives to my wallet. :D

Actually roadracing tears stuff up faster. Drag racing lets stuff cool down, roadracing doesn't.

Whichever the abuse method, it still ends up coming from your wallet/account/paycheck/CC....:doh2::doh2::doh2::doh2::doh2::doh2:
