I currently have a GM OS 12597120 8.1L 2007. I have a tune file from my 12592618 8.1L 2005 that I desperately want to use in my 2007. I can't find a COS for my 07. Is Holden Crazy stock tunes all COS files? I am probably way off base if I am how do I get a COS for 12597120?

Thanks,
Stan

Stan, many of the 2006+ GenIII based OS's have not had custom OS's created for them. It's a pretty big task to do and unfortunately with all the new controllers we have added support for we just haven't had time to do them.

Cheers,
Ross

Ross thanks for the reply. That's OK I can wait, in the meantime I am trying to learn as much as I can. Beings I've invested in the program and equipment I might as well try.

Thanks,
Stan

I don't get it? I bought efilive so I could run a custom operating system. The website does not say there are none for a 2006. I am not happy about this.

I don't like that my first post is to complain.

DirtySS you are right, it does not say that it is not available for every operating system, our bad, sorry about that.
Consider the priority to update the GenIII OS's getting much higher now.

I had mentioned in another post that we were going to cut down the feature list of the custom OS's to make the update process happen much faster, plus, there is simply no room in the later 2005+ O.S to actually add in more tables like the 2001's have. Mainly due to the inclusion of the flexfuel features GM have included, they pretty much doubled the fueling table count.
I am going to start a poll to get an idea on what features people think are most important.

Cheers,
Ross

what about eliminating those tables and using that space for newer tables?
