The FlashScan cables ship with two VIN licenses ready to use. You don't need to enter any activation codes to use them. You will only need to enter an activation code if you have purchased additional licenses.

To use one of the licenses, reflash the target vehicle. Because the vehicle is not licensed, EFILive will ask you to "lock" one of the unused VIN licenses to the controller you are attempting to flash.
