CTS-V at IDLE throttle at 8% always?

Anyone out there with a 2k5 cts-v?
Just seeing if anyone else is seeing it idle at about 800rpms, but the throttle is always open at 8%. This is at startup, after driving, shifting gears it does not drop to 0. ( referencing my SS and gto )


Throttle Cracker from what I see is the only difference between the two, but this appears to have been set like the below. My SS shows this same column at 0mph all zero's.

GM Make a MISTAKE? I do know there is a TSB for this, wonder if they just goofed?

All Electronically controlled throttle bodies sit at between 7 and 10 % at idle. They do not go to zero because there is no IAC motor.

Then why is the Z06 not set this way?

Correction - all 2005 and up.
If I rememebr correctly the Z06 still had an IAC

If an engine has Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) it does not have an idle air controller because the electronic throttle handles that function. Throttle cracker calibrations are significantly different with mechanical throttles than with electronic. Just about every vehicle with ETC that I've worked with has the values of the throttle cracker park/neutral table (B4310) set to zeros.
