BEN's

Doing the BEN's correction makes no sense 400 rpm, and more Air than 800 RPM?

Suggestions?

Jim,

I think above MAP 80 kPa that AFR 14+ is too lean...

Your rpm is 1200-1600 and you're opening the throttle (engine load is increasing)... it needs more fuel... richen the AFR in B3647, or in B3618 if you use PE (make sure PE enables before entering that MAP range).

Cheers,
Joe

Thanks Joe,

3647 for those fields are set for 11.95, I do not think it is using that table as commanded is showing 14.63

My PE enable is set for 62% and I am easing into that speed below the PE enable?

From looking at the logs commanded is 14.63 TP varies from 7% to 43% for those areas...

So how to fix??? Set 3616 PE to 35% or so?

Jim,

Yes, set B3616 lower (try some different values, see what you like) and check that the PE MAP enable threshold is 80 kPa or lower... you may have to tweak B3618 till you get your measured AFR where you want it (and to prevent that knock).

[I can't view your tun on this PC... I'll view it tonite]

I cannot find where PE MAP enable is...found one if MAP is 15 or higher PE can be enabled, but nothing like enable PE w/ MAP 80-100...I am running a 02 OS for COS5

PE MAP enable -> I meant B3613 (I didn't have to software in front of me at the time)... that's the one you found... 15 kPa is ok since you need it to enable by the tike MAP hits/exceeds 80 kPa.
