cant review logs

My scan tool has a tendency that if i log and then close it and reopen it later, it crosses out the pids of a selected log and just scan across quickly without showing any data. Have any ideas, it is a vista computer and sorry if i missed a thread about this. thanks I was going to put in a screen shot and opened it and it works fine, any ideas for the inconsistancies.

I don't understand what issue you are trying to describe. The PIDs with a cross are indicated as being invalid for a particular OS. Is the OS correct for your vehicle in the 'File->Enter VIN' menu option?

Or can you perhaps try and describe the issue further?

Yes im sorry let me try to clarify. It is working properly now but has done this to me in the past. I can open the scan tool, open a log and veiw the pids that were recorded. But then if i go to either dashboard page (a or b) it crosses out the pids like thy were never selected on that dashboard page. Sometimes it will leave maybe one pid selected, but if you play the log it scrolls very vast and displays no data, just a straight line. But yet again this morning it is working fine, so no screen shot.
