I have a 2004 Escalade 6.0L, is the MAP regulated or unregulated. I know the 2003 and earlier trucks were regulated but the 2004+ I am not sure. In 2004 they went to the fuel return system similar to the C5 Corvette. I am trying to scale my 8.1 injectors for installation later this week and am not sure to use the straight line or scaled g/s.

Look at your fuel rails... if on either one, or between them, you see a "regulator-like" can, see if it has a hose going to the intake manifold...

if it does, then you have a MAP-referenced return system (IFR table is flat), and you should see TWO fuel lines going to the regulator;

if it does not, then the can thing is the pulse damper and you have an unreferenced returnless system (IFR table is sloped), and you should see only ONE fuel line going to one of the rails.

Thanks for the response, I will check it out this afternoon.

I did notice on my stock B4001 file it is scaled, probably an indication it is unregulated.
